The nationally-ranked and unbeaten Hope College football team will host “The Huge Show” statewide radio show on Monday, Sept. 30, at the Jim Heeringa Athletic Center.
With host Bill Simonson, “The Huge Show” will air from 3 to 6 p.m. and feature interviews with head coach Peter Stuursma and select Flying Dutchmen football student-athletes.
The broadcast also will promote this weekend’s “Purple Community” football game against Trine University. Kickoff is on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 1 p.m. at Ray and Sue Smith Stadium.
Hope is off to a 4-0 start and ranked 23rd in this week’s D3football.com poll. On Saturday, the Flying Dutchmen defeated two-time defending MIAA champion Alma College, 34-13, on the road.

Purple Community is Van Andel Institute’s dynamic community awareness and fundraising program that connects individuals, schools, teams, companies and corporations, that want to join the fight against cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, to the resources needed for action.
One-hundred percent of the proceeds will go toward providing internships for Hope students at Van Andel Institute.
“The Huge Show” can be heard in Holland on 99.7 FM and 1450 WHTC.
