Kenneth Alan Everding, 58, of Zeeland, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at his home.
Ken was born January 12, 1966, in Zeeland, to Vern and Muriel Everding. He graduated from Zeeland High School in 1984. Ken began working for Donnelly and only recently retired from Magna-Donnelly after 36 years of service. Ken loved his trucks, cars, motorcycles, and his dogs. He was a member of First Reformed Church of Zeeland. Ken enjoyed life and got up every day to do something meaningful and have fun doing it.
Ken is survived by his son Brett Everding and Ashley Stone, sisters: Brenda and Tom Meengs, Sharon and Jason Vander West, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 3, 2024, at the Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State Street, Zeeland MI 49464. Visiting hours will be 9:00-10:00 AM, Saturday, prior to the funeral service.
A Harley Davidson motorcycle procession will follow to West Drenthe Cemetery for the committal. Please also bring along a great sticker (Harley, Bronco, whatever reminds you of Ken) to place on Ken’s casket for his last ride.
