OLIVE TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 30, 2024) – The newest addition to Ottawa County’s Fillmore Street Complex had its official opening on Thursday.
Although services and hearings won’t start until July 23rd, a 2 PM ribbon cutting ceremony celebrated the nearly two-year completion of building the 51,196 square-foot Family Justice Center that will bring all aspects of the 20th Circuit Court’s Family Division together.
Joe Baumann was on the Ottawa County Board that approved the project two years ago.

Visitors will be greeted by a 36-foot-tall mural by local artist Joel Schoon-Tanis showcasing some of the wildlife and unique features of the Ottawa County landscape.
