EAST LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A lawsuit against fired Michigan State University football coach Mel Tucker has been dismissed by a judge.
The lawsuit had been filed by Brenda Tracy, the sexual assault survivor and activist that Tucker had speak to the football team on several occasions.
Tucker was fired last September after allegations that he sexually harassed Tracy in a 2022 phone call were made public.
An attorney for Tracy said in court yesterday that the text messages released by Tucker’s attorneys during the Title IX investigation could have hurt her nonprofit.
