HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 16, 2024) – The first session of casting ballots early in Michigan begins on Saturday.
Created by approval of Proposal 2 15 months ago, it will allow electors the ability to vote in person for the Presidential Preference Primary in advance of the scheduled February 27th election date. Ottawa County Clerk Justin Roebuck has set up four early voting centers in his jurisdiction – municipal halls in Grand Haven, Georgetown and Polkton townships, along with the County building off of James Street east of US-31 on Holland’s North Side.
These centers will be open from 7 AM to 3 PM most of those days through February 25th, with 11 AM to 7 PM sessions next Tuesday and Thursday.
Things are being done differently in Allegan County, according to Clerk Bob Genetski.
Information on when early voting is done in Allegan County is here.
