HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Dec. 21, 2023) – The Lakeshore Home Builders Association announced on Thursday its executive setup for 2024.
Assuming the presidency is Ryan Spencer of Sharp Roofing, replacing Justin Schutmaat of his self-named Justin Schutmaat Builders, with Eric Payne of PR Design Build the new vice president. Rounding out the HBA Executive Committee is Shane Vork of Vork Brothers Painting as secretary and Adam Duerksen of Strategic Navigators as treasurer. New board members include Steve Boss of Anchor Rock Services, Deane Graves of Nederveld Associates, and Klynt Marcusse of Marcusse Construction.
