Jesse was born in Holland, Michigan on September 29, 1975, to Jesus Rodriguez and Delia “Queenie” Abila Vasquez.
Jesse worked for many years in the landscaping industry, he was a bouncer, security guard, and most recently worked as a self-employed traveling carpenter. Jesse enjoyed playing pool and was previously a member of the APA and was currently playing for the BCA out of Rail House Grill & Billiards. Jesse also enjoyed riding motorcycles and helping youth in his community. Hawaii was his favorite place, he lived there recently while running his own business, R & R Construction Services. Jesse had a passion for photography, and you could often find him behind the lens of a camera capturing some of the best moments. Jesse was a self-proclaimed “Jack of all Trades” and enjoyed using his skills to help local Veterans, Non-profits, and friends.
Jesse is survived by his daughter, Savannah Klokkert (Brian) of Holland, his son Josue Rodriguez of Holland, his brother, Christopher Parrish (Carolyn) of Holland, brother Nicolas Rodriguez, and his father Jesus Rodriguez (Millie) of Holland, as well as many other beloved family members, friends, and best friends he called family.
Jesse was preceded in death by his sister, Harlene “Nina” Denton, his mother, Dalia “Queenie” Abila Vasquez, and his brother, Ricardo “Ricky” Rodriguez.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street Holland, MI 49424 on Friday, December 15, 2023, at 10 a.m. There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering to follow at the Rail House Grill, 91 Douglas Ave. Holland, MI 49424 with a small luncheon served at 1pm.
If you have photos, you’d be willing to share, Photo Memory Boards are encouraged to help us fill the room with Jesse’s smiling face and years of memories for his children to enjoy. Finished Photo Boards can be dropped off to Lakeshore Memorial Services on December 15th prior to the celebration.
