CAIRO (Reuters) – Egypt’s Al Qahera TV said on Sunday that the Red Cross has begun receiving a new group of 13 Israeli hostages and five other foreigners from Hamas.
Egyptian security officials are also beginning procedures for the hostage exchange, Al Qahera added.
