CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Former President Trump is making some divisive comments about the current auto workers strike.
Trump visited Clinton Township Wednesday night to speak to auto workers where he said the UAW’s “current negotiations don’t mean as much as you think.”
He spoke at a auto parts company that is not a union shop and argued regardless of the outcome of the strike, the real danger to auto workers is President Biden and electric vehicles.
While Biden and other Democrats have promoted the transition to EVs, Trump said they’re too expensive and would cause job losses.
