(Reuters) – British Land said on Tuesday Meta had surrendered one of the two buildings it had leased at London’s Regent’s Place, leading to an earnings per share dilution of about 0.6 pence for the the property firm’s half-year period.
The FTSE midcap firm, however, said it was “comfortable” with current market expectations for the 2024 fiscal year, helped by better collection of historic COVID-19 arrears than anticipated.
