WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden has nominated Virginia Solicitor General Andrew Ferguson and Utah Solicitor General Melissa Holyoak for the positions of commissioner at the Federal Trade Commission, the White House said in a statement on Monday.
