Dubai ruler appoints first and second deputies – Dubai Media office

(Reuters) – Dubai’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, issued a decree on Friday appointing Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum as first deputy ruler and Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum as second deputy ruler, the Dubai Media office said.
