PAW PAW, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A woman whose children attend school in the district faces up to life in prison if convicted of a false report or threat of terrorism and using a computer to commit a crime for allegedly making a threat against Paw Paw Public Schools.
Van Buren County Prosecutor Susan Zuiderveen has charged Lisa Nam with that, and bond has been set at $750,000.
Paw Paw Public Schools superintendent Rick Reo says the threat was posted to social media Tuesday and officials took steps to ensure everyone was kept safe. Police say Nam has children who attend school in Paw Paw.
