BANGOR TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — South Haven Area Emergency Services is reporting that a Van Buren County senior citizen lost their home to a fire early Wednesday morning, March 1.
Authorities say it happened on 48th Avenue in Bangor Township.
According to a Facebook post by South Haven Area Emergency Services, they and 3 other departments were called to help the Bangor Community Fire Department with a mobile home fire that started just after 2 a.m.
The senior was able to get out without injury and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
