SAN ANTONIO, TX (WKZO-AM/FM) – Daylight Saving Time comes to an end Sunday. In fall, clocks across the U.S. “fall back,” meaning they get turned back one hour.
Not everyone’s happy about changing their clocks twice a year. In March, the Senate passed the Sunshine Protection Act, which would make Daylight Saving Time permanent. While there is support for it in Congress, there has yet to be a vote on it.
