ANKARA (Reuters) – Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Wednesday that Russia has concerns over security and exports of its goods regarding the implementation of a U.N. brokered grains deal.
In a speech days after Moscow suspended its participation in the agreement, which was also brokered by Turkey, Cavusoglu said Ankara believed an agreement will be reached to extend it.
