LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — No one matched all six numbers to win the Powerball jackpot on Saturday evening, October 29, but two Michigan Lottery players are $1 million richer after the drawing.
The two players matched the five white balls drawn Saturday night – 19-31-40-46-57 – to win a $1 million prize. Those winning tickets were bought at:
- New Buffalo Shell, located at 18913 Laporte Road in New Buffalo
- Billy’s Liquor Depot II, located at 27222 Grand River Avenue in Redford
With no jackpot winner in Saturday’s drawing, the Powerball jackpot now stands at $1 billion with a cash option of $497 million. The next Powerball drawing will take place Monday night.
If a lucky player wins the $1 billion jackpot, it will be the second-largest Powerball jackpot ever won, and fifth-largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history.
Monday’s drawing will be the 38th Powerball drawing since the jackpot was last won Aug. 3.
The Powerball drawing takes place at 10:59 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday and may be watched live online at: http://www.powerball.com.
