ARLINGTON, TX (WKZO-AM/FM) – Home runs by Nathaniel Lowe, Ezequiel Duran, and Mark Mathias helped propel the Rangers to a 7-6 win over the Tigers in the opener of a three-game series in Arlington.
Riley Greene had a two-run triple in the fifth and a two-run homer in the ninth to draw Detroit to within a run, but Jose Leclerc stuck out the final two batters to get the save for Texas.
