LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Michigan Court of Appeals has denied the state legislature’s appeal of the preliminary injunction in the abortion case.
Attorney General Dana Nessel says the Court had “made it clear that it was not persuaded by the legislature’s attempt to end access to abortion care in Michigan.”
She repeated her pledge that she will not prosecute any medical staff for providing necessary care and won’t turn doctors and nurses into criminals for “upholding their oath.”
