Chicago starter Michael Kopech had a no-hitter through the first 6 innings, with 3 walks and 11 strikeouts; Javier Baez broke up the no-no in the seventh off reliever Reynaldo Lopez. Baez would finish with 2 hits, with Akil Badoo adding a single.
The White Sox scored all their runs in the bottom of the seventh off reliever Alex Lange.
Detroit will try to end their five-game skid tonight with Matt Manning taking the mound against Lucas Giolito.
