BRADLEY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Gun Lake Casino is expected to start phase five of their expansion with the addition of a hotel and resort in a ground breaking ceremony on Thursday at the casino site south of Wayland.
The $300 million project will feature a 15-story, 252-room hotel, along with a 32,000-square foot Aquadome, with a March of 2025 preliminary opening date, according to Gun Lake Casino officials. Construction was originally scheduled to begin in the summer of 2021.
The expansion had been planned for several years, and had been thought of even before the Casino opened 11 years ago near the junction of 129th Avenue and US-131.
