DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Last night’s series opener between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Detroit Tigers was postponed due to inclement weather.
The two teams will instead play a doubleheader this afternoon to settle the two-game series.
Michael Pineda will start the first game on the mound for Detroit while Alex Faedo will start the second.
The opening pitch for game one is set for 1:10 p.m.
Alex Faedo makes his Major League debut in game two for the Tigers.
