KANSAS, CITY, MO (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers have an off day today, after Sunday’s series finale against the Kansas City at Kauffman Stadium was postponed due to inclement weather.
The game will be made up July 11 as part of a day-night doubleheader between the two teams.
The Tigers, now 4-5 on the season, took the first two games of the series before falling to the Royals 3-1 Saturday.
Detroit will host the New York Yankees tomorrow.
