HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Mar. 29, 2022) – Holland’s Board of Public Works has received an honor from the American Public Power Association. The public utility earned a Reliable Public Power Provider designation for providing reliable and safe electric service.
The 3-year designation recognizes public power utilities across the nation for its reliability, safety, workforce development, and system improvement. Standards used include sound business practices and a utility-wide commitment to safe and reliable delivery of electricity.
BPW is in good company as 275 public power utilities nationwide hold the designation. This is the fifth consecutive RP3 selection for Holland BPW.
