TAMPA, FL (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers put up four runs in the top of the ninth inning to rally past the New York Yankees 8-7 Sunday in spring action in Tampa.
Kody Clemens hit the walkoff single in the ninth for the Tigers, who moved to 1-1-and-1.
The Tigers host the Toronto Blues Jays today.
