ANN ARBOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Juwan Howard has been reinstated by the Big Ten Conference and will return as head coach of the University of Michigan men’s basketball team.
Howard was suspended for the last five games of the regular season after a post game incident at Wisconsin last month. He will be back behind the bench when the Wolverines play Indiana in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament Thursday.
Seven-seed Michigan State University takes on 10-seed Maryland Thursday.
