LANSING MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Governor Whitmer has announced that all families in Michigan who qualify for food assistance will continue to receive additional benefits through the end of the month.
Those who get Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) funds will get at least an additional $95 monthly payment, and should see it show up on their Bridge Card between the 19th and the 28th.
1.29 million State residents in over 700,000 households are eligible for SNAP benefits.
