Breanna Mae Evenhouse, age 27 of Muskegon, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Breanna was born in Clear Lake, Texas, on July 20, 1994, to Derek and Cynthia (Buist) Evenhouse.
The family moved to the West Michigan area in 1997. She graduated from Eagle Crest Charter Academy in 2008 and was a 2012 graduate of West Ottawa High School. Following graduation, Breanna went on to Trinity Christian College for a year before going to the Grace Adventures Ascent program. She worked there for a couple of years before returning to college part-time. After obtaining her CDL license, she drove for West Ottawa’s busing system where she enjoyed getting involved in the Bus Rodeo. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Valley State University this past April 2021 and was working for her family’s business (Caribou Services), mainly helping her mom as an Assistant Event Coordinator.
Breanna had a love for all things Harry Potter, horror movies, vibrant colors, Legos, gaming, and being involved with her friends and family.
Breanna is survived by her loving parents Derek and Cynthia Evenhouse; siblings Carter Wakeman, James Chamberlain, Mason Albin, Tad Evenhouse, and Clayton Evenhouse; grandparents Otto (Jan) Buist and Jim (Carol) Evenhouse; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
A memorial celebration of Breanna’s life will be Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 11:00 am at Harderwyk Ministries, 1627 W. Lakewood Blvd, Holland. Officiating will be Pastor Bill Lindner. Visitation will be Friday evening, February 4, 2022, from 4:30–7:30 pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland.
