Scott W Brouwer

Scott played football at Holland High School and went on for a scholarship in Colorado. He moved back to Michigan and worked for Steelcase for 30 years until early retirement. Scott lived on Dumont Lake in Allegan and enjoyed the pontoon boat, fishing, and watching others on the water. He loved going to Evergreen Commons while battling Parkinson’s, later moving to Holland. Scott has had a sign of Dementia the last few years as well.

Scott is survived by: his sons, Dennis Brouwer and David Brouwer; daughter, Laurie Brouwer; stepdaughter, Sally (Tom) Gutknecht; stepdaughter in law, Tiffany Bower; 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Scott was proceeded in death by his wife of 41 years in September, Kathleen Brouwer; his parents, Russell and Ruth (Devries) Brouwer; and stepson, Scott M Bower.
