HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Jan. 26, 2022) – It’s another sign that Holland’s annual signature event is coming back to full strength.
Dutch Dance, a staple of the Tulip Time Festival for what officials say has been over eight decades, will return in 2022 after a two-year absence due to COVID 19 health concerns. In a Wednesday announcement, the festival opened up registration for students wishing to participate.
For Kinder (3rd through 5th grade) and Middel (6th through 8th grade), parents can sign them up through the Tulip Time’s website. For high school students, they are encouraged to contact their individual school directly, and adults who have had past experience through their school days or completed the Community Dutch Dance program can click here to register, with the first practice on March 30th at 7 PM in the Heeringa Holland Civic Center Place.
