Mary Kaye Polack, age 82 of Holland, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at home. Mary was born in Monroe, Louisiana December 22, 1939. She volunteered for many years at Holland Hospital and will be remembered as a wonderful loving, caring mother.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford D. Polack Sr. in August of 2013. Mary is survived by her son, Clifford (Tammy) Polack Jr; daughter Connie (Robert Jr) Van Klavern; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; many extended family and friends.
