ALLEN PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell says quarterback Jared Goff looked good throwing the ball yesterday as he works his way back from an oblique strain.
Goff missed Sunday’s game at Cleveland with the injury. Campbell says the plan is to have him throw the next two days before they make a decision on whether or not he will start Thursday against Chicago.
Campbell said backup Tim Boyle will be ready if he is needed for the Thanksgiving matchup against the Bears.
