KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services based in Grand Rapids, and with service in Kalamazoo is looking to bring on 200 more hires.
Pine Rest representatives say there’s been an ongoing demand for mental health services in Michigan, especially during the ongoing-pandemic.
“There are so many Michiganders who are today struggling with the pandemic, with changes in family life, work, and school. We’ve seen unprecedented increases in the number of people seeking care over the past two years”, said Chief Nurse Executive for Pine Rest Gretchen Johnson.
Open interviews are scheduled to take place weekly on Tuesdays from October 26 through December 28 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Gerald and Jane-Ann Postma Center for Worship and Education at their Cutlerville Campus, 300 68th Street Southeast.
Officials say that both entry-level and skilled roles are currently available at all Pine Rest locations to include full-time and part-time hours.
Positions available include psychiatric technicians, environmental services staff, registered nurses, therapists, and administrative and clinical support.
