BANGOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Van Buren County man was arrested for stalking Friday, this after barricading himself in his own house in Arlington Township, near Bangor.
Deputies went to the home of 34-year-old Lee Anthony Parker to serve the arrest warrant where they found he had barricaded himself and was ignoring commands to come out.
After getting a search warrant to enter the home, police used K-9 Bruno to locate Parker around 11:30 p.m. in a crawl space.
While in the home, deputies said they found about 56 grams of meth.
Parker had been stalking an ex-girlfriend with a GPS tracker he had put on her car, the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office said in a release.
He was arrested and taken to the Van Buren County Jail.
