ATLANTA GA (WKZO AM/FM) – New data released by the Centers for Disease Control indicates that every county in Michigan is at the highest risk level for transmission of the coronavirus.
Up until the new data, Sanilac County, in the state’s Thumb region, was at a moderate level, but it has joined the rest of Michigan in the highest level category.
CDC guidelines strongly suggest that masks be worn despite vaccination status.
Despite the news, the number of COVID cases in the state appears to be leveling off after a few months of increase.
