ANN ARBOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — University of Michigan officials say a fan was arrested for sexual assault during the Wolverines game with Rutgers in Ann Arbor Saturday.
The university’s Public Safety office says the case involved unwanted touching, a 4th-degree criminal sexual conduct offense which could carry a prison sentence of up to two years. The suspect’s name has not been released.
Along with that arrest, ten others were ejected from the Big House during the game for various other rules violations including intoxication and disorderly conduct.
The university says this is the most serious offense reported at the four home games that have been held so far this season at Michigan Stadium
