LANSING MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A multi-site study regarding PFAS is looking for participants, including two Kalamazoo County locations.
The state Department of Health and Human Services is looking for people from Cooper Township and the City of Parchment, as well as from Belmont and Rockford.
The study will involve adults 18 and older, as well as children 4-17 with parental or guardian permission.
Those who participate will be asked to provide blood and urine samples, as well as their medical history.
They could get up to $75 in gift cards for their efforts, as well as receiving their test results for free.
