DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — All of southeast Michigan is under a flood watch until tomorrow morning. Great Lakes Water Authority interim CEO Suzanne Coffey says people are being asked to remove everything from their basements.
“I would suggest that you make sure your valuables are out of the basement, your pets, and yourselves too.”
Wednesday will again be rainy and cold with the high being 59 degrees with up to two inches of rain possible. Thursday will also bring rain and a high of just 57-degrees.
Overall, metro Detroit is expected to get up to six-and-a-half inches of rain from the several-day storm.
