LANSING, MI — The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is delaying the reopening of 16 field offices and customer service centers. The DNR was expected to reopen them after Labor Day, but now says it won’t be until October 4th at the earliest.
Those DNR field offices – once they do reopen – will only be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Hunting and fishing licenses are sold at the offices along with firewood permits.
The Lansing DNR field office is located at 4166 Legacy Parkway just south of Jolly Road.
