DETROIT, MI (WKZO-AM/FM) – The Tigers were quiet at the Trade Deadline. In their only deal completed, reliever Daniel Norris was sent to the Brewers in exchange for prospect Reese Olson.

- The Dodgers obtained pitcher Max Scherzer and shortstop Trea Turner from the Nationals in exchange for four prospects.
- The Cubs were big sellers, dealing Craig Kimbrel to the crosstown White Sox, Kris Bryant to the Giants, Javier Baez and Trevor Williams to the Mets, and Anthony Rizzo to the Yankees.
