KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Besides fun, food, and rides, the Van Buren Youth Fair has something else to offer: COVID-19 Vaccinations.
Along with this, immediate rewards rewards will be given out after getting the shot.
The Van Buren/Cass District Health Department will set up shop at the fair which runs from Monday, July 19 to Saturday, July 24. There, the health department staff will be offering shots to those 12-years-old and up.
Those receiving the vaccine will then get a Visa Gift Card valued at $25 for those 12 to 17 years of age, and $50 dollars for those 18 and over.
Health officials say that quantities are limited, and will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.
The Van Buren Youth Fair will take place at 55670 County Road 681 in Lawrence, July 19 to July 24.
