U.S. grand jury adds WMD charge against men accused in plan to kidnap Michigan Gov. Whitmer

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A federal grand jury on Wednesday added new charges of conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction against defendants charged with conspiracy to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the Justice Department said.
