Holland (WHTC-AM/FM) — Otsego Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash at the corner of M-89 — also known as Allegan Street — and Kalamazoo Street involving a 63-year-old man, according to an email to media from Chief Brad Misner.
Police, called to the scene just before 4 p.m. found the unconscious man lying in the road with severe injuries, he said.
Police and a Plainwell EMS team started lifesaving measures and rushed him to Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo where he succumbed, police said.
Allegan County Sheriffs deputies and the Otsego Police are investigating the crash. The victim’s name is being withheld pending family notification.
