- 229 W. 12th St., owner Vincent Hanneken for construction of small roof over rear door.
- 272 W. 10th St., owner Olga Diaz Guillen for installation of 6-foot tall vinyl fence.
- Third Reformed Church’s application for 113 W. 13th St., is set to be tabled until the board’s April meeting
Administrative approval items on the agenda include:
- 284 W. 11th St. owners Rob and Diana Terpstra for fence approval.
The board’s agenda indicates an update to ongoing work on National Register Historic Districts where local designation has not been applied. Documents are supposed to be provided at today’s meeting.
