ANN ARBOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The University of Michigan has fired football defensive coordinator Don Brown.
Brown joined the Wolverines from Boston College after the 2015 season. In 2016, Michigan’s defense gave up just 14.1 points per game and allowed only 18.8 points per game in 2017. Michigan struggled against rival Ohio State in the last two years, surrendering 62 points in 2018 and 56 points in 2019.
This season, the Wolverines had a 2-and-4 record after allowing 34.5 points per game.
