UNDATED (WKZO AM/FM) – Mother Nature may block the ability to see the so-called “Christmas Star” – the convergence of planets Jupiter and Saturn.
The two giants, which are really millions of miles away from each other, will look like they are right next to each other Monday evening.
However, a weather system moving into the Great Lakes area is expected to block the event with clouds.
The convergence hasn’t occurred in 400 years, and hasn’t occurred at night in about 800 years.
However, through the magic of the Internet, those wishing to see the celestial event can find it at https://www.virtualtelescope.eu/.
