DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Pistons have reportedly signed LiAngelo Ball to a one-year contract. The deal could be converted into a two-way deal and if Ball is waived after training camp, he may have the chance to join Detroit’s G League team.
Last year he spent part of the season with the Oklahoma Thunder’s G League team and has also played in Lithuania and for the Junior Basketball Association, an organization headed by his father LaVar Ball.
His younger brother, LaMello, was the third overall pick in this year’s NBA Draft and his older brother, Lonzo, was the number two selection in 2017.
