INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WTVB) – ESPN reports five-time NBA All-Star and former Detroit Piston standout Chauncey Billups is a candidate for the Indiana Pacers’ head coaching vacancy.
The Pacers have interviewed Billups and are planning further talks. Billups retired in 2014 and has been in the broadcast booth.
Indiana fired head coach Nate McMillan after being swept in the opening round of the playoffs.
