DETROIT, MI (WTVB) – Detroit Tigers manager Ron Gardenhire was back on the bench last night after missing more than two games with a stomach virus.
Gardenhire left during the middle of Detroit’s game in Minnesota Saturday when he felt ill. He went to his home in the Minneapolis area to recover and was tested for Covid-19.
He was cleared Monday afternoon and was able to travel back to Detroit with the team.
