LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) – The state Attorney General’s office has filed a complaint in Ingham County Circuit Court to have 10 Michigan organizations dissolved as they are not legitimate charities- but have names that make them sound like they are.
Attorney General Dana Nessel says that the 10, all formed by Ian Richard Hosang, could make donors believe they are contributing to a real charity but in reality they are not.
According to the Attorney General, Hosang has similar organizations in several other states.
